Karen Sorci, 95, passed away on May 3rd, 2021, at Field Crest Care Center in Hayfield, MN. Karen was born on April 3, 1926, the daughter of John and Mary (Jacobson) Johnson in Hayfield, MN.
Karen made kringle for almost everyone and was known as the kringle queen of Hayfield. She even sent kringle to Hawaii. She spent most of her life in the Hayfield area. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Trinity Lutheran Ladies Circle.

Kate Foley, 29, died on May 8th, 2020 in Wisconsin Dells surrounded by her loved ones. Kate was an amazing human being. She was a smart, talented, and beautiful young woman who showed generosity to all the people she met.
